COO/EOS Integrator

CBIZ is partnering with a growing service organization to identify a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / EOS Integrator . This individual will play a critical role in driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the business. This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership position working directly with the executive team to translate vision into measurable outcomes. Position Overview The COO / Integrator will lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring teams are aligned around priorities, executing against goals, and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This role focuses on building structure, strengthening communication, and driving consistent performance across functions. 100% Onsite. Brooklyn, NY Key Responsibilities Serve as the company’s Integrator, aligning departments around key priorities and goals Drive accountability for KPIs, quotas, Rocks, and performance targets Implement and maintain EOS tools, including Level 10 meetings and scorecards Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency Establish processes, reporting, and performance tracking systems Provide leadership with clear visibility into organizational performance Hold department leaders accountable to deliverables, timelines, and outcomes Promote a culture of discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement Qualifications 10–15+ years of professional experience, with 5–10+ years in senior operations leadership (Director, VP, or COO level) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Proven experience as a COO, Integrator, or senior operations leader in a growth‑oriented organization (Fire Safety industry preferred) Hands‑on experience with EOS (required) Track record of driving cross‑functional alignment and operational execution Ability to balance strategic leadership with day‑to‑day operations Strong communication, leadership, and accountability management skills Highly organized and process‑driven Ideal Candidate High ownership mindset with strong accountability Comfortable challenging leadership to improve outcomes Skilled at unifying teams and executing priorities Thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment Compensation Range: $150K-$200K Equal Opportunity Statement CBIZ Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
