As a telehealth provider, you will have the advantage of flexible working hours, contributing to work-life balance while serving clients across varying time zones. We operate daily from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing for a schedule that fits your personal needs while ensuring that our clients receive timely access to care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process trauma and build effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care for each patient.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities specifically focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, primarily individuals facing trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and trauma-focused treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focusing on trauma therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
