Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to high acuity patients in the Medical Telemetry unit.
• Perform SIMs Lab skills, including Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.
• Read and interpret EKGs for effective patient monitoring.
• Administer medications, including IVs, with proficiency and accuracy.
• Document patient care in EMR system, Cerner.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with willingness to submit and wait for approval.
• Minimum of one year experience in a Level 1 trauma acute care setting.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience with IVs and maintaining sterile fields.
• Ability to float to other units as needed (Westgate or AZ General Laveen Campus).
• Flexible to adapt to weekend and holiday shifts as required.
