Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in Level 1 trauma settings, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
• Correctly operate cardiac telemetry equipment and monitor patient stability.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform duties in various units, including first response to floating requirements.
• Complete SIMs Lab evaluations for Foley catheter and central line dressing skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing and BSN not required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience is mandatory.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Experience with Cerner EMR and electronic charting systems preferred.
• Ability to float to various units including MS/Tele and possibly Westgate or AZ General Laveen.
