Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Level 1 Trauma facility under a 50-mile radius rule.
• Participate in SIMs Lab and pass dysrhythmia and skills exams on orientation day.
• Work in Trauma, Ortho, Surgical unit with a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Manage floating assignments across observation, VMU, various MedSurg, and Telemetry units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; trained in Cerner EMR system.
• Meet weekend and holiday shift requirements based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with willingness to wait for submission if not currently available.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; a minimum of 2 years of Telemetry experience.
• Proven competency in sterile field maintenance and related nursing procedures.
• Experience working in acute care settings and ability to adapt to different facility policies.
• Proficiency in Cerner electronic medical record system is preferred.
• Must adhere to grooming standards, including maintaining natural hair color and no facial piercings.
