Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Specialist Counselor, your daily activities will include:

Your target client demographic will consist of adults (18 years and older) who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unencumbered license to practice in the state of Oregon, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• The ability to work independently without supervision.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record on the license.
\n
• Proven experience in providing direct clinical services.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills underpinned by empathy and a supportive nature.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth and documentation.

• A reliable internet connection suitable for remote service delivery.
