Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children aged 0-3 who may have developmental delays or disabilities, ensuring adherence to federal and state guidelines.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each child's needs and learning environment.
\n
• Engage in ongoing monitoring of progress, supporting families by providing necessary resources and interventions that optimize the child's developmental outcomes.
\n
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with children, parents, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Utilize a coaching paradigm to deliver services in natural settings, equipping families with knowledge and skills to further their child's growth and development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect the well-being of both clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, assisting families as they navigate the complexities of early intervention services. Your work will directly influence the lives of children and their families, helping them access essential resources and support to enhance their skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention or social work services, preferably working with young children and their families.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for client visits or community outreach.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
