Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Franciscan Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Your clinical expertise will be essential in providing effective and culturally responsive services that address each client's unique circumstances and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based interventions.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy effectively, with a focus on cultural competence.
