Typical working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand each patient's unique needs and challenges surrounding trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing emotional and mental health disorders.

• Engage in active listening sessions with clients, allowing them to voice their concerns and experiences in a supportive environment.

• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Provide education on stress management and coping mechanisms to both patients and staff, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with external social and healthcare agencies to ensure comprehensive care for patients, integrating necessary services into their treatment plans.

• Stay updated on best practices and research in mental health by completing continuing education requirements for your LPCC certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced trauma, whether due to accidents, personal loss, or other distressing events. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
