Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in our organization, your daily responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other's journeys.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic and personalized counseling that guides clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to meet their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess clients’ progress and outcomes using various evaluation tools and feedback methods, making necessary adjustments to treatment as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, communicating effectively to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. By creating a safe and therapeutic space, you will help stimulate healing and growth, enabling clients to drive their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current LPCC licensure in California.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and counsel young adults.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.

• Proficiency in utilizing assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences may enhance your application:

• Previous experience working with young adult populations in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
