MEMBERS ONLY SIGN UP NOW.’s Miami office is looking for a talented Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have [2-5] years’ experience. This position is hybrid requiring [2] days per week in the firm’s downtown Miami office. Job Description Coordinate distribution and receipt of documentation for commercial loan transactions. Handle various loan documentation issues including preparation of signature pages, revision of documents, etc. Draft correspondence to clients and opposing counsel. Communicate by phone and e-mail with clients and opposing counsel. Handle limited litigation caseload including setting hearings, depositions, filing in federal and state court. Requirements / Skill Sets Must have a great work ethic and work well in a team setting. Must be organized and able to handle a high volume of work. Must have experience entering time in a billing system. Must be able to communicate well both in writing and orally. #J-18808-Ljbffr 100KCrossing
