Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a wide variety of counseling sessions via telehealth, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, based on client needs and preferences.

• Employ a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, adapting these approaches to address distinct client issues effectively.

• Perform thorough psychological assessments that evaluate clients' mental health conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans outlining therapeutic goals and expected outcomes.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and foster trust, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and standards throughout all client interactions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the treatment plan while providing integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
