Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions: Engage with clients in one-on-one video chats, facilitating discussions that encourage expression of thoughts and emotions to improve their mental health.

• Client advocacy: Act as an advocate for clients, helping them define their mental health goals and guiding them toward their desired outcomes.

• Assessment and treatment planning: Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults presenting a range of low-acuity mental health issues. By focusing on stable clients, your therapeutic interventions will aim to equip them with the necessary skills and insights to navigate their emotions, improve their relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT , LPCC , or LCSW .

• Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.

• Proficiency in using various mental health assessment tools and treatment planning methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability in advocating for clients and developing therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to the monetary compensation, our therapists benefit from:
