Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, focusing particularly on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate behavioral change and emotional regulation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
