In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to our patients through telehealth, focusing on individualized care that enhances their mental well-being. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while ensuring that you can deliver exceptional care to our clients. Our clinic utilizes state-of-the-art telehealth tools to facilitate smooth interactions with patients, ensuring that distance does not compromise the quality of care. This remote setting enables you to adapt your schedule to better accommodate patient needs, with core hours established from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional evening shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through detailed conversations and diagnostic evaluations to inform appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Design and tailor individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique circumstances of each patient, using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional concerns, fostering personal growth, and developing essential coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate assistance and support during mental health emergencies through telehealth.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available in the community to promote understanding and healing.

• Ensure all documentation is meticulously maintained and complies with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for organization and transparency.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies for improved outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse patient population experiencing a multitude of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective assessments, diagnose accurately, and develop meaningful treatment plans.
