Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their objectives.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches for individuals, couples, and families.

• Help clients develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills by providing consistent support and guidance in a safe environment.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to provide a platform for discussion, connection, and community among clients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals within the team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care, tailoring services to individual needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, displaying empathy and clarity under pressure.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless communication across service providers.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education to stay engaged and informed regarding best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy to navigate our telehealth systems effectively.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
