Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress, achieving emotional balance, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, mental health challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring that individualized care plans are developed.

• Lead mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and guided meditations during one-on-one therapy sessions, allowing clients to cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, effective stress management, and resilience-building strategies to enhance collective progress among clients.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with other team members and healthcare providers to create a comprehensive treatment approach that maximizes client outcomes and well-being.

• Maintain detailed records of client progress, mindfulness interventions utilized, and adaptable treatment plans within our electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
