Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring alignment with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing short-term challenges, including stress management, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in professional counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
