Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Psychological Services, your duties will include:

• Conducting intake interviews to gather initial assessments of new clients, identifying their specific mental health needs and creating appropriate treatment plans.

• Engaging in program coordination and management, contributing to the development and enhancement of community resources aimed at preventive mental health services.

• Maintaining comprehensive progress notes, treatment summaries, and documentation in accordance with compliance standards and best practices.
