Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to determine their psychological, emotional, and social needs, and identify strengths and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as necessary, guiding clients through immediate challenges and linking them to appropriate resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Engage in case conferences, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance collective understanding of each client’s situation and progress.

• Actively refer clients to community resources for additional support in areas such as healthcare, housing, employment, and substance abuse recovery.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and development to stay current with industry best practices and innovations in clinical social work.

• Report findings and provide evidence as needed during legal proceedings, ensuring thorough documentation of cases related to abuse or neglect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
