Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through a variety of modalities suitable for individual clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment goals in collaboration with clients, tracking their progress over time.

• Implement effective strategies to prevent crisis situations while providing clients with the tools they need for self-management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating with additional treatment providers and community resources to enhance client support.

• Participate in scheduled staff meetings aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual support.

• Contribute positively to the team environment by sharing best practices and offering insight into the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through their personal journeys toward recovery and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
