Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to establish and achieve their personalized treatment goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate with external treatment providers, social workers, and placement agencies to create a cohesive treatment network around each client.

• Ensure all documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

• Attend regular staff meetings and engage in team-building activities to enrich the office culture.

• Utilize standardized therapy tools and methodologies to track client progress reliably and assess their changing needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
