Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Goodwin Mental Health Center, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, trauma recovery, and other mental health concerns. Our goal is to provide evidence-based support tailored to each client's situation, helping them navigate their challenges and find pathways to recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A demonstrated ability to show empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
