Payroll Specialist (Contract) - Onsite | Santa Ana, CA | Pay $30/hr-$35/hr


We're hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist/Payroll Processor to support multi-state weekly payroll with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and deadlines.



Pay: $30/hr.-$35/hr.

Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)

Type: Contract - Hire



Key duties:

• Process multi-state weekly payroll ; verify and review timecards
• Handle payroll adjustments (salary changes, bonuses, commissions, ad hoc items)
• Respond to payroll inquiries via phone/email/ticketing
• Partner with payroll team HR; support compliance and reporting deadlines
• Maintain SOPs/checklists and assist with process improvements

Preferred experience:

• Certified payroll exposure (nice-to-have, not required)
• Payroll systems: Points North , LCP Tracker (or similar); UKG/WFN helpful
