What You’ll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Manage and grow relationships with corporate partners through strategic account management. Develop and execute fundraising strategies that increase revenue through workplace campaigns, sponsorships, grants, cause marketing, employee giving, and volunteer engagement. Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward new and existing corporate partners. Build year-round engagement and stewardship plans that strengthen partner relationships and increase retention. Research and prospect new corporate partnership opportunities. Collaborate across Community Impact, Marketing & Communications, Volunteer Engagement, and Finance to deliver meaningful partner experiences. Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and support strategic planning. Represent United Way NCA at meetings, events, and community engagements. We're Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, business development, account management, or relationship management. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A passion for community impact and advancing equitable opportunities throughout the National Capital Region.
