We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team.

\n

This is NOT a position for someone who simply launches campaigns and waits for instructions.

We want someone who takes complete ownership of their accounts, proactively monitors performance, identifies problems, tests new strategies, and genuinely cares about delivering results for our clients.

Position Summary:

\n

Your primary responsibility will be managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns for our Garage Door & HVAC clients.

\n

\n

You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are performing, leads are coming in consistently, and we're continuously improving results.

\n

\n

This includes:

\n

\n
• Building, launching, and managing Meta Ads campaigns
\n
• Monitoring campaign performance DAILY
\n
• Identifying underperforming campaigns and making adjustments proactively
\n
• Testing new creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies
\n
• Optimizing for cost per lead, lead quality, and booked appointments
\n
• Analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to scale
\n
• Troubleshooting tracking, attribution, and campaign delivery issues
\n
• Working with our creative team to develop high-performing advertisements
\n
• Communicating campaign performance, challenges, and opportunities with our internal team
\n
• Managing multiple client ad accounts while maintaining strong performance
\n

Most importantly, we want someone who can take full ownership of campaign performance without needing to be micromanaged.

\n

\n

If a campaign isn't performing, we expect you to identify WHY, develop a solution, and take action.

\n

\n

If a campaign is performing well, we expect you to find opportunities to scale it.

\n

\n

We're looking for a problem solver, not an order taker.

\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
\n
• Proven lead generation experience (NOT e-commerce)
\n
• Home service advertising experience is REQUIRED
\n
• Experience advertising for Garage Door, HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar home service companies
\n
• Experience managing multiple client ad accounts simultaneously
\n
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures
\n
• Experience with creative testing, audience testing, and scaling campaigns
\n
• Strong understanding of CPL, lead quality, cost per appointment, and ROAS
\n
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking
\n
• GoHighLevel experience
\n
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
\n
• Excellent written and spoken English
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
\n
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
\n
• Reliable internet and computer
\n
• Available 40 hours/week

Home service lead generation experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
