Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide effective psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing an array of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various disciplines to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on current mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality therapy services to a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will be particularly significant for clients with limited access to traditional care, making your role essential in enhancing their overall mental and emotional health. This includes supporting clients with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
