Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Comfort Orthoprime Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms, establishing a clear understanding of their needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions using advanced assessment techniques and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Teaching patients proper therapeutic exercise techniques tailored to their treatment goals, ensuring they are equipped to continue their recovery at home.
• Utilizing manual therapy techniques, such as stimulation or massage, to promote healing and enhance recovery.
• Assisting patients with mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers, and educating them on safe practices.
• Maintaining accurate patient records to track progress, set goals, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Advising patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises that facilitate continued progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to seniors, each with unique needs and diagnoses. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.

• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation.

Preferred Experience
