We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy Clinic in Arlington, Virginia. Work Environment

The role will be based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Arlington, Virginia. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM in a collaborative setting. Our clinic is designed to facilitate effective recovery through modern equipment and facilities, supporting both traditional and telehealth-based therapies to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, particularly focusing on children and adolescents, to assess their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's specific requirements and goals, fostering a collaborative approach with patients and their families.
• Regularly reassess patients to monitor clinical signs, treatment effectiveness, and progression towards rehabilitation goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records by completing necessary documentation including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and individualized care plans utilizing our electronic medical record system in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, empowering them to understand and navigate potential challenges they may face along their rehabilitation journey.
• Meet established productivity targets and contribute to the organization's business objectives while championing its mission and values.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary team members at Ensemble Therapy when clients receive multiple services, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.
• Actively promote our clinic's culture and embody the core values as an ambassador of Ensemble Therapy in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic encompasses a broad spectrum of ages, cultural backgrounds, and physical conditions, ensuring that our Physical Therapist will engage with a diverse range of cases. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with preference for candidates holding a Master's Degree or Clinical Doctorate (DPT).
• Current, unrestricted physical therapy license from the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness and ability to provide both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions, ensuring adaptability to client needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
