Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular progress communication with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to care.

• Provide supervision and feedback to support staff, creating tentative schedules for appointments, home visits, and therapeutic observations.

• Coordinate home visits and in-home observations, ensuring that data collection is thorough and reliable for chart reviews and analysis.

• Implement and monitor program plans effectively, adjusting strategies as needed to align with client progress and outcomes.
\n
• Active participation in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other essential collaboration meetings is required to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Document clinical progress through meticulous monthly and quarterly notes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Organize and facilitate training for team members on program implementation and best practices in clinical documentation.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and client engagement strategies to address changing needs.

• Act as a liaison with the public and the mental health community to promote understanding and access to our services.

• Contribute to the development of training materials and procedures to continuously improve client programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including adults, families, and youth. Each day is different, as you engage with clients who present various mental health challenges, including trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your expertise in areas such as family therapy and trauma-informed care will be invaluable as you tailor your approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting, is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance abuse will be highly regarded.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is critical.

Compensation and Benefits\n
