Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing our LCSW team members the flexibility to provide care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With a structured work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, our clinic prioritizes the well-being of both our staff and clients by ensuring there are no evening or weekend commitments. This setup enables our social workers to focus on patient care without the distractions often associated with traditional office settings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and coordinate the implementation of behavioral health services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in local, state, and federal behavioral health programs to effectively inform treatment practices and client referrals.

• Actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating with primary care providers and participating in case consultations to ensure holistic care for our patients.

• Evaluate and assess new patients through timely intake processes, offering crisis intervention and counseling as required.
\n
• Facilitate referrals for clients requiring inpatient or specialized care, ensuring seamless transitions between services as needed.

• Screen patients for substance use disorders and provide counseling or refer them to appropriate treatment resources based on their individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role places you at the forefront of mental health service delivery, directly impacting a diverse population of patients. You will support individuals from various backgrounds who face an array of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and trauma-related conditions. As you engage with clients through virtual consultations, your insights and interventions will play a crucial role in promoting their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and the ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Proven capacity for mature judgment and effective crisis intervention in high-pressure scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
