Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home-based setting, using evidence-based methods to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive technologies.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure maximum rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and the proper use of assistive devices to foster autonomy and improve the quality of life.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional associations, and keeping abreast of the latest research in physical therapy

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably with home care settings.

Compensation and Benefits
