Sales Representative, Small Business Services ADP is hiring a Sales Representative specializing in Small Business Services. The role focuses on recruiting and serving clients with 1–49 employees, selling payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and related solutions, and expanding current accounts. What you'll do: Grow the business and meet sales goals in an independent and collaborative environment. Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted sales strategies that build a strong network. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cultivating additional opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate daily with clients and internal partners, maintaining ethical standards and professionalism. College degree is a plus but not required. Other acceptable experience includes 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or relevant industries. Military experience is welcomed and valued. Preferred Qualifications: Prior quota‑carrying experience. Success with building a network and using social media for sales. Compensation Base salary: USD $40,200 – $79,800 per year, plus variable commissions and bonus potential.
