Registered Nurse – MedSurg/ICUSchedule: Night Shift; 6:00 PM - 6:30 AMAssignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36.00Requirements:Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of California.Evidence of current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.At least one year of Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months, including acute critical experience within the last 12 months, or EMT and ED Tech with a minimum of 2 years of experience in good standing.MICN desired to be completed within one year of hire.MICN, NRP, TNCC, and CEN encouraged and recommended.Basic computer skills.Roles & Responsibilities:Provide nursing care to patients in the MedSurg and ICU departments.Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.Adhere to all confidentiality regulations and hospital policies.Compliance / Notes:All associates are required to receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable.
