Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify clients’ psychological and emotional needs.

• Formulate and execute tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families, based on assessment findings and therapeutic best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and stress reduction methods.

• Build strong rapport with clients, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open communication.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client care, referring clients to additional services when needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
