Strategic Customer Success Leader for Enterprise Accounts

ServiceNow is seeking a highly experienced leader to drive post-sales success and align its offerings to customer goals in the Town of Florida, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology-enabled business transformations and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will collaborate with Account Executives to create successful strategies, manage risks, and inspire the Customer Success team to achieve key performance indicators.
