Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients' mental health through comprehensive screenings and assessments to identify their unique treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, ensuring adjustments are made based on clients’ progress.

• Provide continuous support and guidance to clients in their therapeutic journeys while encouraging self-efficacy and engagement.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, for integrated client care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment protocols in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Participate in improved service delivery initiatives, utilizing feedback from client assessments to enhance the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.

The primary client population you will work with includes individuals coping with various mental health challenges, specifically focusing on managing symptoms related to mild traumatic brain injuries. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their recovery and quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions and a customized treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing effective therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injury.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment focused on holistic treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care or similar therapeutic practices will be considered favorably. Experience in a telehealth setting is also beneficial as it enhances the adaptation to a remote treatment model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
