Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Supporting high-producing real estate professionals in the United States, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will manage transaction files, review contracts, and track critical deadlines while working within an Eastern Time Zone schedule. Key responsibilities Open and maintain transaction files, ensuring completeness of contracts and supporting documents Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing requirements while communicating with agents and transaction parties Prepare documents for electronic signature and provide status updates on transactions Required qualifications At least five years of direct residential real estate transaction coordination experience Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English Experience managing transactions from executed contract through closing Working knowledge of United States residential real estate processes Experience tracking deadlines and managing multiple active transactions simultaneously
