Job Title: Project Analyst / Land Development / Escrow
Job Location: Pomona, CA: Hybrid : 3 days remote & Monday & Tuesday Onsite.
Job Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $32.36/hr. on w2
Job Description:
Position Summary:
Support land and property-related operations, including project notifications, work orders, encroachment closures, payments, licensing, and documentation.
Monitor land-use requests, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and coordinate with licensing agents.
Research and analyze property information while managing multiple priorities accurately.
Responsibilities:
Process encroachment closures, project notifications, and work orders.
Process non-PO Payments, create LCAP/LCOR, and pay line rents.
Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox, respond to inquiries, submit licensing requests, and update logs.
Review Certificate of Insurance documents, update SAP, and forward documents to licensing agents.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting Title, Escrow, Property Management, or Real Estate.
SAP experience preferred.
Experience with real estate/land maps and plans, including Tract and Parcel Maps, Assessors Maps, site development plans, Google Earth, or Land Vision.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
