Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop relapse prevention plans and strategies for ‘at-risk’ clients, helping them maintain stable functioning in their daily lives.

• Document client progress meticulously in treatment charts, maintaining comprehensive records that inform ongoing care decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
