This position is primarily remote but will involve working closely with schools and families in the Lititz area. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment services to students and their families, ensuring that interventions are culturally sensitive and tailored to individual needs.

• Develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals to track progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources such as financial assistance programs, housing resources, or additional social services that promote mental well-being and stability.

• Conduct crisis interventions for clients facing acute mental health issues, offering immediate support for emergencies including suicidal thoughts, substance use crises, or severe trauma responses.

• Engage in community education initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, thereby empowering clients to seek help and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and personal development, ensuring you stay current with best practices and innovations in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
