Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Link Mind Counseling Therapy, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions via telehealth to provide accessible mental health services.

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that create a sense of connection among clients, enabling them to share experiences and learn from each other.

• Offering individual therapy focused on personalized strategies that help clients explore their inherent challenges, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to set and achieve specific goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Monitoring client progress through ongoing assessments and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication to coordinate care and strategize for clients with complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on treating teenagers and young adults aged 18 to 30 in an outpatient setting, providing essential services to those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
