This position is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility and the ability to manage your caseload from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical duties, including but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Continuously assessing and addressing clients’ treatment needs through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
\n
• Creating and monitoring individual service plans in collaboration with clients to promote their personal goals.

• Facilitating skill-building sessions that enhance coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

• Educating clients on available community resources and advocating for their connection to essential services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with adults who may be experiencing difficulties related to mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or other serious mental illnesses. You will draw on your clinical expertise to empower individuals to achieve greater self-sufficiency and quality of life, ultimately aiding them in maintaining their independence within their community.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this dynamic role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid and current state license, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record on your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to client confidentiality and professional ethics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct clinical services to clients in a community-based setting.

• Familiarity with skill-building activities that promote daily living skills and anger management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
