This position includes some evening and weekend hours to accommodate the schedules of families and students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring that each assessment is personalized and thorough.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to facilitate therapeutic growth.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions in collaboration with the client and their support system.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and school officials to promote coordinated, holistic care for each student.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring safety planning is in place for clients who may be experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment activities, adhering to both ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community among clients and enhance coping skills.

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing various challenges that impact their mental health and academic performance. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
