Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead and engage in group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, build connections, and gain insights from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic, personalized counseling to assist clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while collaboratively crafting effective coping mechanisms and actionable plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on supporting young adults grappling with several mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and transitional life issues. Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
