Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, virtual psychosocial assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and emotional states as they navigate end-of-life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a preference for experience in hospice, palliative care, or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
