Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and personal relationships, in order to foster self-awareness and growth.

• Act as a compassionate advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health status, utilizing your clinical expertise to create and implement individualized treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies.

• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with clinical best practices and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults who present stable and low-acuity mental health concerns. Clients may include individuals navigating stress, anxiety, mild depression, and transitions in their lives. Your proactive approach will help facilitate their journey towards improvement and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice therapy, such as: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform and documentation systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, contingent upon hours worked and relevant experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
