Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools to inform the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, incorporating a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindful approaches to achieve positive client outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure that each client receives well-rounded, holistic care aimed at comprehensive recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on servicing a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license to practice therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctor’s degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n
