Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique emotional needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Provide one-on-one counseling as well as group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients and to discuss treatment strategies and progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in current best practices within the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing emotional distress due to relationship issues, work-related stress, trauma, or mental health disorders. Our client population represents various backgrounds, experiences, and needs, providing an enriching experience that encourages professional growth and competent practice in addressing multi-faceted challenges within therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting that involves direct client care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to competitive pay, our counselors have access to unlimited client referrals, allowing for a stable and thriving practice. We also take care of billing and paperwork, enabling you to focus solely on helping your clients.
