Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Intellectual Mental Care, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health issues and establish effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Establishing collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Providing teletherapy solutions for clients who may find it challenging to attend in-person sessions, thereby increasing access to care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Actively participating in staff meetings, supervision discussions, and professional development workshops to remain informed of contemporary therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults, couples, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
